3. Can I change my User Name and Password?

Each User Name has unique identity and cannot be change but yes, you can change the password by clicking the change password under settings option of your own.

4. How do I sign in to my account if I forget my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password, go to Sachtravel’s Sign In page. Click ‘Forgot Password’, provide your email address and we’ll send you an email with instructions.

5. How do I edit my account information?

Sign in to your account from the My Bookings section. Go to ‘My Profile’ and change or add more details.

6. Can I book on Sachtravel.com if I am a non-resident Indian?

As of now, Sachtravel.com caters to Indian residents only.

7. Can I speak to someone in Customer Support?

Sachtravel.com offers 24x7 customer support. You can call us anytime. You can also write to our customer support team and someone will get back to you within 24 hours of your inquiry.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. What payment options does Sachtravel.com have?

Currently we accept payments using credit cards, direct bank debits or debit cards.

2. How do I know that my credit card information is safe on your site?

Sachtravel.com is a VeriSign Secure Site. Any information you enter when transacting over Sachtravel is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and is encrypted to protect you against unintentional information disclosure to third parties. You will notice that when you move from the passenger information page to the payment page, the url changes from http:// to https://. This shows that you are now on a secure channel.

3. What Is the Card Verification Number (CVV) on my credit card?

The Security Code is an important new security feature established by credit card companies in an attempt to further reduce the risk of Internet fraud. This number never appears on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the card itself. The cardholder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.

4. Where is the Card Verification Number (CVV) located on my credit card?

Visa/MasterCard: Three-digit code after the last four digits of your credit card number on the back of the card within the signature field. American Express: Four-digit number on the front of the card on the right hand side above the card number.

5. Under what name will my purchase be charged on the credit card statement?

Your purchase will be charged under NSM Online Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

1.Will my browser's privacy settings affect my visits on Sachtravel.com?

Sachtravel.com has adapted to almost all levels of your browser's privacy settings, making your experience on the website hassle-free. If you are still facing an issue and doubt that this may be because of the browser's privacy settings, we recommend that you reset it to default.

2. Why can I still see outdated packages and offers on the website?

Sachtravel.com is always introducing new content in all its categories. But if you still see something that is well past its expiry date, clear your browser cache to get rid of the outdated parts.

3. Why am I getting an 'Invalid Certificate' warning?

Sachtravel.com uses Verisign's latest 128 Bit EV SSL certificate which secures your online transactions. This certificate may not be compatible with the existing version of your web browser. Please try using a different web browser or upgrade to the latest version of your favourite browser.

4. Why does the website seem slow?

We have done our best to optimise the functioning of the website so that you may have an excellent browsing and buying experience. However, if you still feel that the website is a little slow, please check your internet connection or contact your Internet Service Provider.

5. Which browser should I use to access the website?

Our website is accessible on all commonly used browsers. Visit us on IE (version 7 or later), Mozilla Firefox (version 4.0 or later), Chrome, Safari (version 4.0 or later) and Opera (version 10.0 or later)

6. Help! The booking failed when I was making a payment. But the amount has still been charged to my account. What should I do?

While failed bookings are unlikely on Sachtravel.com, we regret if you have had to face any inconvenience. Booking flight tickets is subject to the airline inventory. If, due to any reason, you took too long to make the payment, it is possible that the seat chosen was allocated to someone else in the meantime. Hence, in rare cases, the amount may get charged to your account on confirmation of the allotment. If you want to continue with your booking, please speak to our customer care. However, if you want a refund, we will initiate the process and refund the amount to you within 3 weeks.

7. Does Sachtravel.com track using cookies?

No, we respect our users' privacy and do not track any personal information from your system. However, we do use session cookies when you log in to the Sachtravel website. These cookies do not track any other personal information.

FLIGHT RESERVATIONS

1. How do I know my reservation was booked?

You will receive an email on confirmation of your booking with Sachtravel.

2. Do I need to confirm my flight reservation?

There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you need any information, you can login to My Bookings or call our customer service team at the call center number mentioned above.

3. Do I need to re-confirm my flight before departure?

It is not necessary to confirm reservations for domestic flights.

4. How do I confirm my seat assignments?

This facility is available only for frequent fliers and business class passengers, otherwise you can request for seats at the check-in counter.

5. Is there a cancellation policy for flights booked on Sachtravel?

Each airline has different cancellation charges. They are mentioned on the booking page at the time of making reservation. Check the Fare Rules for the booking to get complete information about the airline's cancellation policy.

6. How do I cancel a flight reservation?

Flight bookings made on Sachtravel can be cancelled online or offline. Offline Cancellation: You can cancel flight bookings by calling our 24x7 Customer care number.

7. How do I amend a flight reservation?

Please contact our customer service center.

8. What is the maximum number of seats I can book?

A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travellers you will have to re-complete the booking process for the additional travellers.

9. What is an e-ticket?

An e-Ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter when checking in for the flight.

10. How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process.

11. If at anytime, you need to reprint your e-ticket, just login to My Bookings, select the flight and click the Print button.

12. How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?

You will need to show your e-ticket confirmation email and your e-ticket number at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass thereafter.

13. Is it necessary to show my e-ticket confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?

It is not mandatory to show your e-ticket confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the e-ticket confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic proof of identity (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your e-ticket confirmation email and your e-ticket number.
